House Shopping
So Toby and I made our 2nd offer on a house today. I didn't want to tell anyone because I didn't want to get too excited and then have the offer turned down, but I guess we may be putting in plenty of offers and so you guys might get bored with all this, but if you are interested, here is the first house we put an offer on:

The contract expired on it, so we can make another offer, but the bank will let us know in about another week whether we have a chance or not. Both of these homes are short-sales, meaning they were going into foreclosure. This next home is a really good deal that we saw a couple of months ago and then it was gone in a week. Apparently the closure didn't go through. This one is a way bigger house, but we like the location of the Riverton one better and it's cheaper. We can't have it all.

Both houses look awesome. Congrats on buying a house. We can't wait to get out of living in an apartment. Good luck with it all.

We'll be close to Chris' work in either house. We'll be about 25 or 30 minutes away from his apartment I think.
